Zucchini With Cheese

1-1/2 pounds zucchini
1/4 cup unsifted flour
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup salad oil
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly greased 8 x 8 inch casserole. Wash squash; cut into 1/4 inch slices. In medium bowl, combine flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Toss slices of squash in seasoned flour to coat well. Saute squash until golden brown; drain. Cover bottom of casserole with squash; top with tomato slices. Combine sour creaam with remaining salt, pepper, and oregano. Spread evenly over tomato slices. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
