Zucchini Pineapple Bread

3 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 tsp. vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tub spreadable cream cheese

Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla and beat well. Add
remaining ingredients except cream cheese; mix and pour
into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees
for 1 hour. Test with a toothpick. Cool. To serve, slice
and spread slices with cream cheese.
