Stuffed Deviled Crab

2 cups crabmeat
1 egg
1/2-cup milk
2 TBL lemon juices
2 TBL chili sauce
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Dash nutmeg
3/4 to 1 cup chopped celery
2 TBL chopped green pepper
2 TBL chopped onion
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Cracker meal

Chop all vegetables fine and sauté in olive or canola oil till tender.
Add 1/4 cup water while veggies sauté;. Put crabmeat in bowl and add sauces, lemon juice, paprika, nutmeg, mustard, milk and egg. Mix well.
Add sautéed veggies, mix again, and then add enough cracker meal to absorb extra liquid so it holds together. Fill well cleaned (or artificial—just doesn’t seem the same though) crab shells. Place in baking or roasting pan with about 1/8 to 1/4 cup water in bottom of pan (to steam and prevent burning). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
