1/2 chopped onion
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
3.5 ounce lump crab meat
1-1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup light cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
3.5 ounce small bay shrimp
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 8 unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake pie crust for eight minutes and remove from oven. Melt butter in skillet. Saute chopped onion. Mix in a bowl the eggs, cream, milk, onions, salt, lemon peel, nutmeg, seafood, flour and grated cheese. Put the mixture into the pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
