Shrimp and Bow Tie Pasta Salad

1 - 12 oz. box bow tie pasta, cooked al dente
1 pound small shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 - 14 oz. can black olives, halved
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. spicy mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine last 6 ingredients in a cruet and shake well. Pour over pasta and vegetables and toss. Serve chilled.
