Rhubarb Crunch

1/4 cup flour
1 cup granulated sugar
5 cups rhubarb -- cut up
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar -- packed
1/2 cup butter or margarine

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine 1/4 cup flour and granulated sugar, mix with rhubarb. Put into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine oats, 1 1/2 cups flour, and brown sugar, cut in butter. Crumble over top of rhubarb. Bake 45 minutes. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream.
Makes 15 servings.
