Quick and Easy Canape
Saltine crackers (a sufficient number to satisfy your guests)
a daub of mayonnaise (directly out of the jar - your favorite brand)
very finely sliced onion slivers (either red or yellow will do)
a sprinkle of dried parsley flakes.
Place under the broiler until crackers are browned. Transfer to a serving dish & enjoy. Nothing could be easier and you will be amazed at the compliments.
