Pickled Eggs

2 tbsp. prepared mild mustard
2 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
6 whole cloves
1 tbsp. mustard seeds
2 sliced med. onions

Blend mustard and vinegar in saucepan. Add rest of ingred. except onion.
Cover and boil. Turn down and simmer for 10 min. Add onion in gallon size glass jar. After liquid has cooled pour over eggs and onion in jar.
