2 (16 ounce) cans sliced peaches (drained)
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3/4 cup low-fat granola (without raisins)
In a small bowl combine peaches, sugar, and cornstarch.
Spoon mixture into 4 custard cups coated with cooking spray. Place cups on cookie sheet and top them with granola. Bake at 400 degrees uncovered for 25 minutes or until heated and tops are crisp.
Makes 4 servings.
