Ms. Pearl’s Jell-O Fluff Dessert
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 pkg. tapioca pudding
1 pkg. orange Jell-O
1 envelope Knox gelatine
3 c. boiling water
1 11oz. can mandarin oranges-drained
1 8oz. cont. Cool whip
Mix all powdered ingredients. Add boiling water & cook over low heat stirring constantly with a whisk until thickened. Cool completely, add mandarin oranges & fold in the Cool whip. Pour in individual dessert cups or in a large bowl & serve individual potions topped with extra Cool whip. Keep refrigerated.
*** Variations - Jell-O can be substituted for other flavors like strawberry & use 1 10 oz. pkge. frozen strawberries, or blueberry Jell-O & fresh blueberries or lime Jell-O & sliced kiwi fruit or green grapes, or pineapple Jell-O & sm. can of crushed pineapple drained--for variety. If using frozen strawberries add less water--like 1/2 c. less.
