Mexican Tortilla Pizzas

4 flour tortillas
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup canned red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup chopped canned green chili peppers
3/4 cup shredded low-fat Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro
black pepper (to taste)

Place tortillas on a baking sheet. Brush each with 1/2 teaspoon of oil. Spread each with 1/4 cup of salsa, and top with one-quarter of the beans, chili peppers, cheese, cilantro and black pepper. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese has melted. Makes 4 servings.
