1 yellow cake mix

1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

3 plain chocolate bars, chopped in small pieces

2 lbs. Ricotta cheese

2 tbsp. honey

1 pint heavy cream, whipped

Prepare cake mix as directed on package and bake in two cake pans.
Beat the remaining ingredients together, reserving 3/4 of the whipped cream.
Refrigerate. Assembly:
Cut each cake layer into 2 layers for a total of 4 layers. Spread filling between each layer, spreading remaining filling over top of cake.
Frost entire cake with the reserved whipped cream. Garnish with chopped nuts, maraschino cherries, chocolate sprinkles – however you prefer – or leave plain.
