(Use 1/2 and freeze 1/2 for later)
2 pounds of hamburger
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
2 cans beef consomme
2 cans sliced mushrooms
6 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
Cook hamburger, onion and garlic until done.
Add the rest of the ingredients
and divide mixture in half. Freeze half for use later.
Add 4 cups cooked spiral pasta
1 cup sour cream
and 4 tablespoons of water to the mixture
(same later when you eat the frozen)
