Grilled Sea Bass with Mango Fruit Salsa

4 - 6 sea bass fillets
2 Tbsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices

Mango-Fruit Salsa

2 cups fresh mango, peeled and diced
2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
2 cups fresh kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 small red onion, diced

For Bass:
Combine coriander, cumin, paprika, Old Bay and salt and pepper and mix well. Dredge each fillet through mixture to coat on both sides. Grill over medium-hot coals on each side until fish is flaky; be careful not to overcook. Serve with lemon slices and Mango-Fruit Salsa recipe to follow. For Salsa:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and allow to sit for a couple of hours for flavors to blend before serving. The Skinny: This recipe is just fine as is.
