1-1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup crushed round buttery crackers
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 (8-1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup, undrained
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine all meat loaf ingredients; mix well. In ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan, form mixture into 9 x 4 inch loaf. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
In small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring frequently. Spread on top of meat loaf; bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until meat loaf is no longer pink. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
