Golden Peach Crunch

2 13 ounce cans peach slices
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup quick cooking oats uncooked
1/3 cup butter melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Drain peaches. Add cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice.
Pour in to a 8 inch baking dish. Pour 1/2 cup peach juice over fruit. Combine oats, butter, brown sugar and salt until crumbly. Sprinkle over peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Serve hot with whipped cream or ice-cream if desired.
