Fresh Green Salad With Balsamic Vinaigrette

6 cups fresh Romaine lettuce torn into bite-sized pieces
1 green pepper thinly sliced
1 seedless cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced

1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

For Salad: Arrange ingredients in a large bowl and toss. For Vinaigrette: Mix ingredients and the pour over salad and toss just before serving.
