Foot Long Burger-on-a-Bun

2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
1/4 cup Onion - finely chopped
1 can Beans in Tomatoe Sauce
1 can Red Kidney Beans
2 eggs
2 1/2 Tblsp. Mustard
1 cup Cheddar Cheese - grated
1/2 cup Mozerella Cheese - grated
Garlic Butter
1 French Loaf - cut in half lengthwise

Brown ground beef and drain. In a mixing bowl, add browned beef, onion, beans (both cans), eggs, mustard and mix thoroughly. Cut loaf in half lengthwise, scoop out 1 inch, and spread with garlic butter. Place beef mixture in loaf halves. Bake open faced in pre-heated 350F oven for 20 minutes. Top with cheeses and continue baking until cheese is bubbling.
