Finnish Easter Bread

Ingredients
1 Pkg yeast -- (1 1/2 tsp)
3 Cups bread flour -- (2 c)
2 tablespoons sugar -- (4 tsp)
1 Tsp salt -- (1 tsp)
1 Cup water -- 80 deg,(2/3 c)
1/4 Cup oil -- 80 deg,(1/4 c)
2 egg yolk -- room temp,(1)
1/2 Cup raisins -- (1/3 c)
1/2 Cup almonds -- (1/3 c)
1 Tsp orange rind -- grated,(1 tsp)
1 Tsp lemon rind -- grated,(1 tsp)
2 egg whites -- stiffly beaten,(1)

Cream Cheese Topping:
8 Oz cream cheese -- softened
1/8 Tsp salt
2 T milk
2 Cups powdered sugar
1/2 Tsp vanilla

Directions
SETTING: Sweet Bread, MEDIUM 12 o’clock Before the end of the secondary kneading, the electronic beeper will sound 10 times. At this signal, add raisins, almonds, orange and lemon rinds and egg whites. Prepare Cream Cheese Topping: In small mixer bowl, blend cream cheese, milk, vanilla and salt; beat until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar; beat until fluffy.
