Fall Apple Crisp

Ingredients
Pare/core/slice thinly - approx 4 cups apples
(tart!)
Put into 9in baking dish.
Sprinkle with 2 T. lemon juice (can double amts for topping)

Work with pastry blender (til crumbly) -
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c margarine/butter
1 t cinnamon.

Directions
Spread topping over apples. Bake approx 30 min. Serve warm or with vanilla ice cream.
