Dilled Summer Squash
1/4 cup water
2 medium summer squash, sliced
1-1/2 teaspoons finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dill seed, crushed
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon margarine (unsalted)
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Add squash, onion, dill seed and pepper. Reduce heat to medium and cook 10 minutes or until squash is tender. Drain and dot with margarine. Serve immediately.
