Crock Pot Steak

1 1/2 pounds top round steak, cut into serving pieces
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
1 medium can whole peeled tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Place meat in bottom of Pam-sprayed crock pot and sprinkle with seasonings. Add soup, tomatoes and Worcestershire. Cover and cook on low for about 3 to 4 hours. Serve over rice.
