Creamy Ham Chowder

2 cups potato cubes
1-1/2 cups water
1 cup milk
1/2 pound pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
dash MCCORMICK/SCHILLING ground Black Pepper
1 (6-3/4 ounces) can HORMEL Chunk Ham, undrained, flaked
additional green onion (optional)

Cook potatoes, uncovered, in water till tender. Add milk, process cheese, green onion and pepper; stir till cheese melts. Stir in ham; heat thoroughly. Garnish with additional green onion.
Serves 4
