Cornmeal Biscuits

Oven to 450*. In a large bowl, stir together
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Dice 1/3 cup margarine
and cut into flour mixture until it looks like coarse crumbs. Add
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
stir just until mixture forms a sticky dough. On
floured surface, roll out dough to about 1/2 inch thick and cut biscuits. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
