Corned Beef Spirals
1/2 pound Corned Beef, sliced 1/8 inch thick
4 ounce (1/4 cup) Olive and Pimiento-Flavored Soft Cream Cheese
Spread each corned beef slice with cream cheese; roll up tightly.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. With a sharp knife, cut into 1/2-inch pieces. If you aren’t serving immediately, keep the platter tightly covered with plastic wrap. Makes 60 appetizers
