Caramel Apple Salad
3 Granny Smith or other green apples, diced
3 red apples, diced
6 packages (2.07 ounces each) chocolate-covered caramel peanut nougat bars, chopped
1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
apple slices (optional)
Mix apples and chopped candy bars until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with apple slices.
Makes 20 servings
NOTE: Salad is best made and served the same day.
