2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 1lb 12oz cans of tomatoes
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsps. salt
3 lbs. cabbage, coarsly cut
1 32 oz. can tomato juice

Brown ground beef and onions in large pot over low heat.
When onions are golden and meat slightly browned, add remaining ingredients.
Crush tomatoes before adding. Simmer 2 hrs.
