Broccoli Cheese Soup
2 8 oz boxes of Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
2 pkg. (small) frozen broccoli
1 pkg. sausage (try Jimmy Dean)
2-4 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown and crumble sausage and drain.
Melt Velveeta, soups, evaporated milk, and butter together in a large pot, stirring frequently.
When melted, add sausage and salt and pepper.
Simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with warm bread.
