Blueberry Buckle

1/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1-1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups blueberries

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, cream together 1/4 cup butter, 3/4 cup sugar, and the egg. In another bowl, combine 1 1/2 cup flour, baking powder and salt. Add the flour mixture alternately with milk to the creamed mixture. Fold in the blueberries. Pour into a greased and floured 8 x 8 pan.
Prepare the topping by combining the sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle over the batter in the pan. Bake approximately 45 minutes. Serve warm.
