Berry Peach Cobbler (crockpot)

1 - 16 oz pkg frozen unsweetened blackberries
1-16 oz pkg mixed unsweetened frozen berries
1-16 oz pkg frozen unsweetened peaches
1/4 cup Splenda
1 1/3 cup flour
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. lowfat butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon sugar
low fat whip cream, optional

In 4-qt crock, combine the fruits with their juices, sugar, and 1/3 cup flour. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Stir well. Just before the time is up , in a food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine the remaining 1 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt. Process to mix well. Add the butter and process until cut into fine crumbs. Add the cream and vanilla and process until the mixture holds together and forms a soft ball. Drop spoonfuls of the dough evenly on top of the fruit. Dust the mounds of dough lightly with the cinnamon sugar. Cover and continue cooking on high(do not cook on low)about 1 1/2 hours, or until the dough is cooked through.
Serve with whipped cream.
