Banana Quick Bread

1 cup mashed banana
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/3 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour one 9 x 13 inch pan, or two 7 x 3 inch loaf pans. Combine banana and sour cream. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine butter or margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, soda, baking
powder, and salt. Blend in banana mixture. Spread batter into prepared pan(s). Bake for 50 minutes, or until breadtests done.
Yield: 1 pan or 2 7×13 inch loaves
