Baked Noodles with Ham

8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
3 T. butter
3 T. flour
1 T. mustard
1 1/2 C. milk
2 C. chopped cooked ham
1 C. finely chopped celery
Salt and pepper, to taste
Bread crumbs
Dots of butter

1. Combine butter, flour and mustard in saucepan. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, cooking until thick.
2. Add ham, salt, pepper and celery, then stir in the noodles. Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter over the whole mixture.
3. Bake at 350F. for 30-45 minutes.
