Bacon wrapped chicken (grill)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup white wine
3 Tbsp chopped garlic
4 slices bacon
combine teriyaki, wine, and garlic in lg ziplock bag. Add chicken. Squeeze out air, seal and set in fridge for 4 hours. remove chicken and discard marinade. wrap each breast in bacon and secure with toothpicks. Grill 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
We have this with potato salad (try Hellmans, mustard, and soy sauce for a dressing), fresh green beans, and mixed fruit(watermelon, blueberries,strawberries,and bananas tossed with some honey and citrus soda)
