Apple Cobbler (crockpot)
Non cook cooking spray
4 medium tart apples
1/2 cup sugar
grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
5 tbsp. lowfat butter
3/4 cup natural cereal with nuts and fruit
Grease side of crock lightly with cooking spray. Core, peel and slice apples, place in crock. Add sugar, lemon rind, lemon jice and cinnamon. Combine butter and cereal. Add to crock, mix thoroughly. cover. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high 2 to 3. Serve with frozen vanilla yogurt or light whipped topping.
