Amber’s Favorite Lasagna

1-pound turkey ground
1-teaspoon garlic powder
1-teaspoon rosemary
1 can tomatoes diced
2 large eggs beaten
1 15 ounce pkg. cottage cheese no fat
1 pound mozzarella cheese no fat
1-pound lasagna noodles
1/2-pound mushroom fresh sliced
1/2-cup onion chopped
1-teaspoon basil leaf
1/4-teaspoon pepper
2 cans tomato paste 6 oz
1-tablespoon parsley
3/4-cup Parmesan cheese
1 can mushroom gravy, canned

Prepare lasagna noodles according to package directions, drain. Cook ground turkey, onions, and mushrooms until done. Drain off excess drippings. Add all other ingredients except cheese and eggs. Cook another 20 to 30 minutes slowly.
Cool mixture and add eggs, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Place layer of noodles in baking dish 13 X 9 then place one third of mixture on noodles, add another layer of noodles & mixture, then another. Top with noodles and then cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Let stand ten minutes before serving. Makes 12 servings
