Baked Zucchini Fans

Ingredients
6 small zucchini
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried whole thyme

Directions
Cut each zucchini lengthwise into 1/4 inch-thick slices, taking care not to cut through the stem ends. Place zucchini fans in a lightly greased shallow pan.
Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Brush butter mixture over sliced zucchini; bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally.
Yield: 6 servings
