Quick Grilled Pork Chops (grill)

Ingredients
8 thin pork chops (about 2 pounds)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Grilled orange slices

Directions
1. Let pork chops come to room temperature. Combine vegetable oil, orange rind, salt and pepper in a cup. Brush baste over chops.
2. Build a medium fire, or heat gas or electric grill to medium, following manufacturer's directions.
3. Grill chops, 4 inches from heat, 10 minutes to a side, or until chops are golden and cooked through.
4. Arrange chops and Grilled Orange Slices on a heated platter with Make Your Own Sausage.
Makes 8 servings
