Harvest Casserole

Ingredients
1 zucchini (any size) cut into slices
left over corn from corn on the cob(removed from the cob)
1T oil
1T butter
1c mozerrella cheese (grated)

Directions
saute the zucchini and the corn until the zucchini is done(transparent) and then stir in the cheese, let it melt and serve.
