Black Bean and Rice Soup (crockpot, lowfat, low cholesterol)

1 medium onion, chopped
3 carrots, thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1-1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 16 ounce cans black beans, drained, rinsed
1 14-1/2 ounce can crushed tomatoes
2 14-1/2 ounce cans reduced sodium chicken broth
1-1/2 cups cooked rice

Directions
Combine all ingredients except rice in Crock-Pot. Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (High; 3 to 4 hours). Add cooked rice before serving.
