Stir 'n drop Sugar CookiesRecipe Index: Desserts > Drop CookiesIngredients 2 eggs, beaten 2/3 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp grated lemon rind 3/4 cup sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Directions Combine eggs, oil, vanilla, and lemon rind in a large mixing bowl; add sugar, stirring until well blended. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium mixing bowl; add to egg mixture, stirring well. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten cookies with greased bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 400* for 8 to 10 min or til lightly browned. Remove immediately from cookie sheets, and cool on wire rackes. Makes about 3 dozen. |
