Peach and Pear Breakfast ConesRecipe Index: Breakfasts > Miscellaneous175 mL ( 3/4 cup) plain yogurt 30 mL (2 tbsp) icing sugar 15 mL (1 tbsp) frozen undiluted orange juice concentrate 4 sugar cones 45 mL (3 tbsp) granola 2 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced 1 fresh pear, peeled, cored and thinly sliced Directions Line strainer with cheesecloth, paper towel or coffee filter; place over large bowl. Fill strainer with yogurt; place in refrigerator and let sit overnight. Discard drained liquid; reserve thickened yogurt. Stir icing sugar and concentrate into yogurt. Combine peaches andpears. Alternate two layers of granola, peaches and pears, and yogurt in cones. Top with peach or pear slice. Makes 4 cones. |
