CP Brunch Casserole (crockpot)Recipe Index: Breakfasts > Miscellaneous32 oz. frozen hash browns 1 medium onion, chopped 8 oz. smoked cheddar cheese with onion, shredded 4 oz. extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups chopped, cooked ham 2 cups crumbled, cooked Italian sausage 1 1/2 cups milk 9 eggs Directions Grease crock. Layer the hash browns, onion, meats and cheeses. Repeat for a total of three layers. Beat the eggs with the milk and pour over all ingredients of crockpot. Cook on high for 3 hours then reduce to low for 1 1/2 hours. This was made in a 4 1/2 quart size and it was FULL. Serves 10 - 12. |
