Cheese Herb Bread - ABM

Recipe Index:  Breads/Pastries > White/Wheat Breads

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups warm water -- (110 degrees)
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tbsp butter or margarine - softened
2 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese - (to 3 tbsps)
1 1/2 teaspoons dried marjoram
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions
Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the machine's manufacturer. Select the basic bread cycle.
Select start.

To bake bread in oven, select dough or manual cycle. Once cycle is complete, shape dough and place in a greased loaf pan.
Allow to rise in a warm spot until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center of the loaf reads 200 degrees.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
