Sliced Dill Pickles
Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Cut bread into small squares or shapes.
Toast lightly in pre-heated oven. Spread with egg salad. Place pickle on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Place under brioler for 1-2 minutes.
