Ingredients
1 8 count pkg of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 16 count pkg of little smokies
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions
Cut crescent rolls in half diagonally. (this gives you 16 pieces.) Roll one smokie link in each small roll and place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 until golden brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese and place in oven until cheese is melted.

May be made in advance and refrigerated. Cheese may be added and then heated in regular or microwave oven.

Best when served hot with beernaise sauce, ketchup or a hot mustard sauce.
